Hello all this is the account of the preaching done on Saturday June 30th, 2007:

I went down to gorepark with a friend. He took pictures of me while I preached. (He is lost, so it is quite beneficial for him to be there) The first time I preached about 30 or so people heard. There were many professing Christians in the crowd, not too many took gospel tracts.

I am considering getting a Scripture sign to bring with me when I go preaching, but I just need to find a good place to get one.

The second time I preached is when the most pictures were taken. (There were about 10-15 hearers) There was a catholic and pentecostal in the crowd. Some cars that stopped at the stoplight could hear as well; one of the cars honked their horn at me.
There was profitable discussion afterwards and a few of them took some tracts. It was a pretty simple night and pretty basic responses.

As usual people just seem to be thinking about eternity, but no professions of faith, not yet. Who knows what is happening that I do not see, but perhaps it may be well that I do not see, so I would not be tempted to boast in how "skilled" I am at "winning" souls. I pray that the Father would draw these lost sinners to Himself!

I pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of sin, righteousness and judgement. That their blinded eyes would be opened to the glorious Truth of the gospel. Please pray for them too. How will the Lord move without prayer?

Of course it may be possible you do not even care for the lost, or care that Jesus Christ gets the reward of His suffering.
You may so you do, but do your actions prove it?

1. In the last week have you prayed for a lost sinner; that God would have mercy on them?
2. In the last week have you used a gospel tract; either giving it to someone or leaving it somewhere?
3. In the last week have you told someone of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ? (Not some watered down, purposely unoffensive gospel for that manner!)

So what were your answers?
Was it yes to any of them?
I hope it would be.

Were you able to find time to eat or watch television or play some sports in the last week, or any leisure activity for that manner?

Are your priorities in the right place?

I hope you see where your priorities are.

If your priorities are in the wrong place, please humble yourself and repent!

James 2:14-26

14What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
15If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
16And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and
filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
17Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone
18Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
20But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
22Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
23And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
24Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
25Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?
26For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
